Radio Fry ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the Radio Fry mobile application (the "App").

When you use the App, we may automatically collect non-personal information necessary to provide streaming and improve the App. This may include:

- Approximate location (city or country) to suggest relevant stations.
- Usage data (e.g., stations played, session length, features used, crash logs).
2. Third-Party Services We Use
The App uses trusted third-party services to operate features and provide analytics and ads. These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.

- Radio Content Providers — the App streams audio from third-party radio station sources. Those stations may collect analytics of their streams according to their own policies.
3. How We Use Collected Information
We use collected data for the following purposes:
- Provide and maintain the streaming service.
- Improve and personalize the App (recommend stations by region, monitor performance).
- Fix bugs and analyze crashes via Firebase.
- Serve advertisements to support the free App via AdMob.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share aggregated or anonymized usage statistics with partners. Third-party services (Firebase, AdMob, and radio content providers) may process information in accordance with their own policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain non-personal analytics and crash data only as long as necessary to provide and improve the App and comply with legal obligations.
6. Your Choices
- Location: You can disable location permissions for the App in your device settings.

- Permissions: Review and revoke App permissions at any time in your device settings.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information collected by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we collected personal data from a child, please contact us to have it removed.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
